The promoter is Kwik Kopy Eagle Farm, located at Unit 4, 50 Parker Court, Pinkenba QLD 4008, Australia. The promotion opens on 8 July 2026 and closes at 6pm on Friday 31 July 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, immediate family members of employees, and contractors of Kwik Kopy Eagle Farm and Elite Performance Through Breath are not eligible to enter.

To enter, participants must spend over $250 in a single eligible purchase from Kwik Kopy Eagle Farm during the promotion period and complete the required entry method as advised in store or through the official promotion material. Each separate eligible purchase over $250 equals one entry into the draw. Unlimited entries are permitted, provided each entry is linked to a separate eligible purchase over $250 made during the promotion period. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, duplicated without a qualifying purchase, or submitted outside the promotion period may be deemed invalid.

One winner will receive one 1 hour Nervous System Regulation Session with Elite Performance Through Breath. The prize is valued at $200. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The session must be booked directly with Elite Performance Through Breath at a mutually suitable time. The session must be used within 3 months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The session is designed for general wellbeing, stress regulation and practical breath-based education. It is not medical treatment, psychological therapy or a replacement for professional medical advice. Participants are responsible for advising Elite Performance Through Breath of any relevant medical conditions, pregnancy, respiratory issues, heart conditions, mental health concerns or other health considerations before taking part. Elite Performance Through Breath reserves the right to modify or decline participation in certain breathing practices where it considers this necessary for safety.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 3 August 2026 at Kwik Kopy Eagle Farm. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or does not claim the prize within 7 days of being notified, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

By entering the promotion, participants agree that the winner's first name may be used in promotional material, including social media posts, unless the winner advises the promoter otherwise. Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner. Personal information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties. To the extent permitted by law, Kwik Kopy Eagle Farm and Elite Performance Through Breath are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from entry into the promotion or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.
